Landmann-Jungman Memorial Hospital is promoting the Roses Just Because...fundraiser from now until Monday, March 15th. Contact the hospital to place and prepay your order. A dozen long-stemmed roses are only 20 dollars. Make a gift of roses to someone special in your life for no reason...just because. Make a donation to support your local health care services at the same time. A variety of colors are available - first come - first choice. The funds earned in this project will be used to purchase flat screen tv's for the patient rooms. The roses will be available for pickup Tuesday, April 6th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Flowers and More. Your help with this project is greatly appreciated.

Youth Center Recycling

The Scotland Youth Center needs your help! This is a non-profit organization that opened in September 2008 for the Scotland youth ages 8-18. We are collecting aluminum cans to recycle as an ongoing fundraiser. The collection point will be on Main Street. Just bag your cans up and throw them into the collection bin. We challenge the residents and businesses of Scotland and surrounding communities to make our community eco-friendly in addition to helping out our youth. Thank you for your support.
